Bread almost ready to go into the oven.
#Sourdough I've been nursing along for the latter part of the week, until I found time to get it to the loafiness state.
I went very high hydration here, so rather fragile. It'll be touch-and-go: if I touch it, it'll go off.
In honour of #DickVanDyke's birthday, I name this batch: "Super fragile, but delicious, exception-ally toasty."
