@ICareAboutTheWorld@mas.to Thanks. Those would be the most likely candidates as both are in area and have been spotted in the yard. Only ever seen small holes before which might be skunk, but these are much larger (and there is no residual "aroma". π
Web says raccoons "flip over sod", so that could account for the intact dirt clod. I had them attack bird feeders (which is why I bring them in at night), but digging holes would be new for my yard.
