There are Lists on Mastodon, but they are meant as personal "mini timelines". You add accounts you're already following and those accounts' posts and boosts appear on the List. You can then optionally hide them from your main timeline, which is a good way of reducing how busy your main timeline is.

I can't host any translations because it would get very complicated to keep them up to date.
However, the text on my site is available to anyone under Creative Commons Attribution Sharealike, so there are people who have made their own translated tips sites using my text.
