A dollar for every time the alien appears behind its heavily-armed victim, who turns around and instead of reflexively firing their weapon at the alien, instead stares lovingly into its eyes until... crunch.
Sigh.

Stu Watts@Sheep_Overboard@infosec.exchange IMHO every part of the Alien franchise since Aliens has willfully misunderstood what made Alien great (I'll accept arguments that Alien3 at least partly understood the assignment). I'm not surprised this doesn't do anything interesting but I'll probably still watch it and resent it. :)

I neither bother anymore watching recent deliveries unless friends chill it to me. Like Halo, The Mandalorian, Foundation, recently The Institute...
I enjoy watching the old shows more and avoid most new ones. So many I never watched like Fringe or Travelers or The Expanse, decent and pleasant entertainment.
