Remember the hearing aid with dead battery? Turns out that was a premature diagnosis.
That problem has been rolling around the brain and a month later it suggested battery may have dropped below safe charging level, maybe apply higher voltage to raise enough for charger to work? Except the leads showed ZERO for voltage. You can't kick start zero and that seems oddly, fatally dead.
Then today the brain says "what if a wire's broken?” so I snip open the plastic and sure enough, battery is actually alive. Even though it looked fine, one wire had no connection and nudging it revealed it wasn’t spot welded. Next up the brain will decide on soldering or ordering conductive glue. 🧠
