If men are having problems with loneliness, there's an easy solution to this: make friends with other men. There's literally half the population you can make friends with if you want to. It's not like women are the only people they can be friends with.

It is also not that hard to make friends with women.
Almost every occupation, hobby, sport, or pastime will have tons of women who have the same interest and would be happy to talk about, help out, or participate.
Pick the most solitary hobby - writing, and there in the writers group, you will find women happy to chat about writing.
