that big and it's a bit lower on flavor and sweetness. grate it and use it in bread, as hash brown equiv, etc.
@Sempf@infosec.exchange Scrape out the seeds, slice finely, and use instead of cucumbers in any recipe for bread and butter pickles. I always save a few βbatsβ for pickling. They hold up so well in the canning and retain a bit of crunch when opened.
