Please someone start a company that exclusively makes and sells electronics and appliances that don’t connect to the Internet.
Could call it “Luddite”.

@thomasfuchs@hachyderm.io If there are devices that a wifi/Bluetooth connections would be some functionality that folks might like - idk, a TV that can be a streaming device or a thermostat you could control remotely if you wanted to, open source the firmware and put up instructions for how to flash it to make it entirely offline or have a hobby community that could build their own stuff to connect to a local server or whatever.
