Whenever the exec says something along those lines, that just means that they dont want to pay market rates or want to import slaves from India.

Many may be paper tigers.

Many may just be in it for the alleged six figures and be not so good.

But, there is no "shortage" of people with training, skills, and experience.

They are actively laying them off.

There is no shortage.
