Everything I look up about it tells me to click on the ... on my profile on the web app and choose Followed Hashtags, but there's no Followed Hashtags option showing on that menu. Is there another way to find them?

There are lots of fan made LCARS skins for stuff out there, but they are rarely as elegant looking as the originals, designed by Michael Okuda.
