YOU WILL SEE NATURISM/NUDITY ON THIS ACCOUNT.
I’m Genshin, the creator of Hadaka Shizen’yoku (裸自然浴) the practice of basking naked in nature - the foundational practice of Mukyōhō Zen Buddhism (無境法). Hadaka Shizen’yoku teaches that boundaries are illusions & human constructs. By shedding clothing, we shed attachments, experiencing ‘No Boundaries’ – which is the core principle of Mukyōhō.

In #Mukyōhō #ZenBuddhism, “boundary-free” is the central experiential & philosophical realisation — the direct seeing that all separation is illusion. The line between #body & world, “self” & other, silence & sound, #nature & #mind dissolves. No edges remain. What’s left is undivided suchness — reality as-it-is, before names, before roles, before shame. This isn’t abstract: it’s lived in #nakedness, in stillness, in every breath. Nothing is outside it. Nothing is excluded.

#HadakaShizenyoku (#裸自然浴) entails meditating, breathing, walking, & existing in #Nature without clothes. It demands full acceptance of one’s body, fostering #BodyPositivity & overcoming #duality (二元論 nigenron). Nakedness symbolises 無我 (muga) – ‘No Ego’ – stripping away the illusion of separation. Through direct experience of the elements practitioners embrace #suffering (苦 ku) as #impermanence (無常 mujō).

Hadaka Shizeny’oku (裸自然浴) means ‘Naked Nature Basking.’ This Zen practice is found only in #Mukyōhō (無境法) #ZenBuddhism. It involves complete immersion in Nature while naked, embracing impermanence (無常 mujō) & interdependence (縁起 engi). Hadaka Shizen’yoku teaches that boundaries are illusions & human constructs. By shedding clothing, one sheds attachments (執着 shūjaku), experiencing (無境 mukyō) – ‘No Boundaries’ – which is the core principle of Mukyōhō. Hadaka Shizen’yoku is meditation in movement.

Discussing at diner my nephew’s decision to quit #Australian Defence Force training which he began only a few months ago.

His sole reason for quitting after trying so hard to get accepted.

THE RACISM.

He is absolutely gutted.

Don’t think racism is ingrained in
#Australia? Then you’re living under a rock.

I thought we were better than this. Apparently not.

#NoRacism #NoHatred #Acceptance #Diversity #AustralianMilitary
