It demands full acceptance of one’s body, fostering #BodyPositivity & overcoming #duality (二元論 nigenron). Nakedness symbolises 無我 (muga) – ‘No Ego’ – stripping away the illusion of separation. Through direct experience of the elements practitioners embrace #suffering (苦 ku) as #impermanence (無常 mujō).
