I bet i can dent my wall with a cork launched by something made from a spring and my 3d printer. Sound fun!

I feel like the terminal velocity of a cork might mean it has limited range. That might be good? Or i could try sharpening them like fat stubby pencils

I just had the idea to make a cork gun. Is that a thing? I want an overpowered nerf gun that uses regular wine corks as ammo. You know, for home defense.

Do you hesitate more to write to them more recently because of the changing political climate?

When was the last time you wrote to your elected official to ask them to do something?

I'm just writing letters to my senators about genocide and hoping they won't be used as evidence for me to go get sent a camp. How's your day going?

So i saw Cory Doctorow saying that he had an article delisted from Google by a process that marks links as stale through some backdoor that no one is supposed to know about but some connected people have been able to abuse.

Today i searched for my senator's last name in quotes with the word Israel also in quotes. I limited the time to the last year. I got exactly 2 results from duck duck go. And this doesn't seem unusual lately. If i try to find anything specific, a specific page that i know exists on the Internet, 2 things will happen. My search terms will be open enough for it to insert unwanted results, or it will be specific enough to bring up "Google eof" as the only "result"

The case of my senator's name with the word "Israel" producing zero results tells me they don't want people to know what's going on. There's no excuse for not having results for that right now unless you're covering something up.

I know I'm getting old but some of these fancy fonts were never good to look at. why do people use them? Tiny little sticks with serif like mouse feet
I can't read mouse feet. (Give me comic sans)
