Individual servers being able to defederate is at the very core of the Fediverse.
It's what gives the grassroots servers real power. It's something no other social network offers.
If you want networks where defederations don't happen, maybe you would prefer a centralised service?

Sounds like you hate things like email for example as I see it you are anti spirit of federtion going back to email and usenet. This odd HOA game is one reason so many left the fediverse. The spirit of why things like laconioca or xmpp or email were built was ti allow people to communicate across servers not play server blocking games because someone you hate got an account. I suppose you haye email as well
