@David@setouchi.social @FediTips@social.growyourown.services Virtue Signaling is the point with a lot of this stuff. Its the same thing that happened with Meta’s attempt to federate threads. It’s misguided in my opinion but some people are more sensitive then others about such things. I’m a big fan of meeting people where they are as long as where they are isn’t an outright nazi bar.

It's not sensitivity or "virtue signalling", it's genuine anger over what is being done to people. It is sincere concern for innocent human lives.
The entire reason I do my accounts and sites is because I am terrified of what is being done to vulnerable groups, and furious with those who are doing it.
