Aha - nice! Someone has done the work already. I need one of these comb razor attachments and was just about to start designing one from scratch.
They're about $5 from the manufacturer, but they won't ship outside US. One can print it for less than $0.50.
The design is in super overkill fine resolution, which always irks me a bit as it's redundant data. So I spent an hour removing 100k or more vertices, and cleaning it up. Hoping it fits well!

This is probably the first (and perhaps only?) 3D print I'm ever going to regularly rub against my face. lol
Glad that PLA is non toxic, and there's no lead filament around.
