@FediTips@social.growyourown.services I'm very glad you mentioned the part about certain people being notified about edits. When I first joined this instance, I had one postthat I edited several times throughout a single day, in order to add text, delete or add tags, etc. I had absolutely no idea that those who boosted it, etc. saw each edit. I was sent a message by the administrators that I had been reported, but without details. I quickly realised why, though, and immediately apologised publically, since I would never deliberately do something like that. Fortunately, the people here are very kind and understanding.

Yeah, that's definitely a drawback of this feature that it doesn't warn people that edits trigger notifications.
Glad to hear people were understanding about this, you clearly weren't doing anything malicious.
