Menu for tonight:
Cream cheese and dill parcels wrapped in smoked salmon with a tiny single malt shot.
Steak frites, with oven roasted potatoes w herbs and olives oil rather than deep fried frites. Accompanied with sides of green beans and spinach.
Pears poached in red wine with vanilla and cinnamon, with a dollop of salted caramel ice cream.
Tasty and elaborate, but mostly low effort to pull together. Relaxing a bit before making the pears.
