Celebrating the non loss of power today by making an apple pie.
I guess we're still due some severe winds, but it's a few hours out still… I hope.

A pie completed. I built it in a cake pan, to get more of a deep-dish effect. Hope it's tasty.
Will have it tonight with a bit of old cheddar on the side.
