Some are general, some are themed.

If you view the site's complete list they're sorted into categories so you can see themed servers and general servers:

https://fedi.garden/fedi-gardens-full-server-list/

...but I didn't want to overwhelm new people so this full list doesn't appear by default on the front page 🙂
