Iām building a little wooden boat. The outer shell is plywood. I covered the plywood with a thin layer of clear epoxy so as to hopefully last longer and be more watertight.
Now I want to paint it.
Do I need to use primer? Or does the layer of epoxy work as a primer? Thanks in advance, folks
