PeerTube is a way of uploading video, it's a YouTube-style Fediverse platform. More info at https://fedi.tips/peertube-video-hosting-on-the-fediverse
A lot of people use OwnCast for livestreaming and then PeerTube for the VODs of their streams 🙂
