It's that time in the afternoon when making something for dessert is a totally viable option.

I even have the oven going for some sourdough shortly.

The question is, if I make something easy like a cake, will I eat a third of it in one shot because I'm home alone, and a little lazy?

Somewhere I have a really quick chocolate cake recipe. That might work.

The #cake I squeezed into the afternoon came out nicely. I took an easy cocoa cake and coconutted it up, adding toasted coconut, coconut cream, and a bit of coconut extract, and threw some chopped nuts in for crunch. Very moist and tasty. Yum.

Okay a second piece of cake, just in case an asteroid hits my house tonight, is here to have it go to waste. Plus I'll need the energy to run away from the wreckage.
