@Em0nM4stodon@infosec.exchange I do use them, unfortunately, this is what the IceCubes app does. It strips them out. :/

Boo!
That's an accessibility issue their developers should fix. I hope some people have reported it to the IceCubes team.
FYI, camel case works fine in Tusky, in case you're looking for an alternative.

@srfirehorseart@ohai.social @Shanmonster@c.im @Em0nM4stodon@infosec.exchange I've always used the plain Mastodon app, should I try other ones?

You could ask @FediTips@social.growyourown.services what the current best Mastodon apps are. Tusky was the best for Android a couple of years ago but there may be others.

Most people who try other ones tend to prefer them to the official one, but everyone has their own preferences 🙂
There's a guide to all the different ways to use Mastodon here: https://fedi.tips/which-apps-can-i-use-should-i-use-the-official-app-or-a-third-party-app/
@FediTips@social.growyourown.services @srfirehorseart@ohai.social Much appreciated! I tried a few, and kind of like Moshidon, but I think for now the official app serves me well.
