You will only see these features if your server has updated to 4.5.0, you can check your server's version by going to its website and (if you're on a computer) looking in the bottom left corner or (if you're on a phone) clicking ☰ in bottom right corner, selecting "About" and then scrolling to bottom of screen.
Some apps may not yet have these features as they've only just been released a few hours ago.
You can choose if you want a post quoted or not in its visibility settings.

@FediTips@social.growyourown.services ha, upgraded a few minutes ago and now tested the "more replies feature". Waited quite a long time for something like that.
Maybe the next feature will be "fetch posts from profile"? We can only hope :-D
