If your server has a translation service installed, you should see a "translate" button below posts in other languages.
You might want to ask your server admin about this?
Not every server has this active because it costs extra to run. (The reason translation services are "free" on other platforms is they make money by selling your data etc.)

This is a really good question as there isn't an instance index for GoToSocial at the moment.
