Have you tried browsing and searching on https://fedi.video?
If you are okay with a broader but less safe search, have you tried searching https://sepiasearch.org?
To find your PeerTube account you would have to know which PeerTube server you signed up on. You don't really need a PeerTube account if you just want to watch and comment on videos though, as you can do that from Mastodon etc.

@FediTips@social.growyourown.services thank you. Sepia worked. Fedi video does the same as the app. Example, when I search for submedia.tv I get nothing. When I search in sepia it opens up to Submedias video collection
