The original page is on the server of the person that the post belongs to.
You can't log in on their site because you don't have an account on their server.
To make a page from their site appear on your server, copy-paste the page's web address into the search box on your own Mastodon server.

Super helpful as usual.
In noticed with interest, in the linked information on βOriginal Pagesβ that going to those pages may be the only way to see profiles, introductions and other posts and replies for newer accounts that havenβt yet federated widely.
It seems to me that this is a HUGELY important point for awareness for those of us who are cautious about interacting with or accepting follow requests from what appear to be blank accounts. Thereβs a risk that some of us might inadvertently block or reject outreach from new folks because they appear not to have profiles.
Do you think you could make a specific feditip on how to look for original pages of new users?
