If I want my Mastodon profile to be labelled as +18, for some reason (like putting a link to a certain website on my bio and not letting everybody to see it recklessly)... how do I do that?

There's no official way of doing this, most people just make it very clear on their profile that they may post adult content.
One workaround might be to put the link in a pinned post and CW the pinned post. That way the link is just below your profile, but it also hides the link.
(If you are posting adult content in your timeline it's usually a good idea to use a content warning as many servers will limit or block accounts that post adult content without a CW.)
