Most fruits and vegetables can be fermented into alcohol, right?
Grapes = Wine.
Potato = Vodka.
Wheat = Beer.
Apricot stones = Amaretto.
etc etc.
But are there things which *can't* be turned into alcohol?
I've never seen tomato wine. Or onion schnapps.

@Edent@mastodon.social I don't know for sure but I think samogon is the catch-all term for spirits made from mixed ingredients.
