Apologies, I've removed the Sepia Search post for the moment as the reporting mechanism isn't as clear as it should be (or maybe I've missed some piece of info about it). I've messaged its maintainers to ask for more details.
In the mean time you might want to search or browse PeerTube via https://fedi.video which is a much safer (albeit narrower) option.
