If you're on Mastodon you can use operators to narrow down searches, I'm not sure if Akkoma has equivalents.
For what it's worth the Mastodon operators are listed at https://fedi.tips/how-do-i-search-for-stuff-on-mastodon
I've had a quick look at the Akkoma documentation at https://docs.akkoma.dev but couldn't find operators mentioned. However it does talk about elasticsearch installation, which is what Mastodon uses for operators and other functions.
You might want to ask your admin if they have elasticsearch?
