Driving down Georgia Ave in DC and not only did an MPD car completely ignore a delivery truck and multiple cars parked in travel lanes, but it also turned on its lights to make an illegal u-turn in front of Walmart and then just turned them right back off again.
Not sure the federal takeover of MPD could make then actually any worse.
