Dominique@optimistique33@gayfr.social @barbapulpe@gayfr.social hier couché à 23h00 réveillé à 2h38 et ensuite 5h30 je me réveille toutes les nuits entre 2h00 et 4h00 de quelques minutes à une bonne heure et le matin à 5h00 5h30 ma nuit est finie
