@djwfyi@vmst.io That was an issue when i visited the US. It was all green and all the same size in my wallet. You need to make sure to use the proper one to pay.
PS its also why I enjoyed using the 1 dollar coin to use for the parking meters in Santa Cruz and Monterey.

@ErikBussink@vmst.io I'd love it if we would just take the $1 bill out of circulation and force the shift to a coin. We should also stop circulating $0.01 and $0.05 coins.
Introduce a $2 and maybe even $5 coin. Then expand the bill denominations back up above $100 again.
But I'm just one citizen.
I will say after a lifetime of practice with our single bill size, it would be an adjustment to shift to differently sized bills. But it's a great idea, especially for those with visual impairments.
