Natural Englandβs targeted conservation projects have supported the recovery of 150 species. After relocating more than 15,000 individual animals and plants, and breeding more than 12,000 species for release into the wild, rare animals β including water voles, willow tits, hawksbeard mining bees and chough chicks β have returned to areas where they havenβt been seen for generations.
