Ever since my dad started playing MS Flight Simulator he insists on referring to places by their three letter international airport codes. I'm both impressed and saddened by this.

@fesshole@mastodon.social when he starts using the four letter ICAO codes, you know it has gone too far.
(For example, LHR is EGLL)
