Fare evasion? They're going after THAT?! That's not even a real crime. Nobody gets arrested for fare evasion. Nobody. Do you know how many times I've sat down on a bus, and left my ticket and didn't have it on the train and got stopped by a trans cop who just gave me one in the large stack of transfer passes he had in his pocket?
