Guess I should start looking for contractors to do some electrical, low voltage, internet, flooring, etc work up there for when we can take possession in November...

Last LV guy who did the house here declared I was more than most medium businesses, and I knew more about what I was doing than them to boot ;-)
(to be fair he already wants to take a vacation and come do the next house so I must have done something right), but yeah reply or DM me what you got, I'm pretty much open to all the suggestions on those fronts right now.
(I mean, I have some opinions, but they aren't strong enough to be changeable)
