Jess👾@VictimOfSimony@infosec.exchange When it's at hand I usually do, but timers are usually set when I'm in the kitchen and my hands are covered in goop. Or I'm wrestling the dog into her leash and putting shows on, and want to check the weather so I know whether to grab an umbrella or a jacket. Pandora sounds like crap from my phone speaker, and Bluetooth is already a disaster with it needing to be able to switch back and forth between different headphones, my headphones with my computer, my headphones with my other computer, my phone to my car, etc. I don't want another thing to fuck with, just something to play music.
Look, it's on my backlog of projects to find a less garbage vendor alternative. But I've got a lot of other more urgent ones I have to spend my very limited spoons on first.
