Trust me, learning how to meet people and socialize is a skill all us autistic people have to consciously learn and implement in order to "pass" as "normal". It still drains the hell out of me, so I don't do it often, but it's absolutely something you can learn and get better at with practice.

FURTHERMORE, if you just say "well I'm bad at small talk, that's something that women are good at, so I want women to take the initiative to talk to me instead" ... You're going to be waiting a long long long long long time for someone to just happen to notice you, happen to engage you in conversation, happen to keep up this one sided conversation enough to get to know you, happen to decide to become friends or date you. If you want to talk with women, it's on you to pull your own weight in trying to make friends and connections.
