I imagine the USSS and Air Force were not happy to learn that part of Trump's itinerary would take him into Russia and Russian air space.
Russia has a history of not responding well when civilian airliners do that. I wonder whether Trump will be accompanied by AF jets and the full panoply of armed USSS agents in tow. Or will he have to fly there with his pants down? When Putin says kowtow, low is never low enough.
