DC is more dangerous than Islamabad? Yes. When I was there is was so dangerous. I literally stayed ALL DAY at the Library of Congress (purr), and then some until they kicked me out and said come back tommorow. And I had to walk to a bus stop to take the bus, after dark, and walk to my hotel, and guess what happened? NOTHING! OMG.
