It's my lower back. I will be able to take it easy today.
I way over did weeding and carrying water in buckets yesterday.
I'm sure it will be less painful by tomorrow.

I had to stop carrying 5 gallon buckets around to watering my plants after doing that one too many times. Now I use a smaller container... which is a lot more walking around, but so much better on my back. Hope the heating pad works fast!
