For the RU-speaking people in here. Is that "dropper/dropping" term translated correctly? Or is there a better translation?

@campuscodi@mastodon.social It means something like "drop leader". Not in the sense of "leader of a company" but in the sense of "someone who leads you down a path". I guess drop recruiter/handler/manager would be a correct translation.
