RIP the second of my ancient Armadillo bike tires. The outer layer of kevlar had obvious holes and looked like it might be on the verge of age-related failure.
The first one died in a blowout caused by metal debris in the narrow shoulder that cyclists were forced into. It got wedged in just right and used my momentum to rip through 3 layers of kevlar.
