If only Adolf Hitler had a friend like Putin has Trump.
The very notion, that Trump will meet Putin to negotiate Ukraine's future without Ukraine, is sickening. And suggesting Ukraine should "swap some territory" is just dumb — Putin has invaded Ukraine, and the war ends when he retreats.
Fortunately, European leaders now clearly contradict Trump: "We underline our unwavering commitment to Ukraine’s sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity."

That's what we are only being TOLD that this is about Ukraine.
What will actually happen is Putin will walk in with the dossier, THE REAL DOSSIER. The one with all the kompromat about Melania and how she is a paid hooker for Putin meant to honeypot him and it worked because now Trump OWES PUTIN HIS LIFE because Putin has video tapes of NOT ONLY Trump watching hookers piss on a hotel bed but a WHOLE HELL OF A LOT MORE, since THEY ALL WERE PLUGGED INTO EPSTEIN and MOSSAD.
So Trump will probably not even have to look at the dossier again and will simply leave the meeting with Putins shit on his nose.
Then Trump will give Putin Alaska and tell the world that the US is now annexed to Russia Because THAT is how deep in this shit Trump is.
TRUMP is MEETING WITH HIS HANDLER and Putin WILL HANDLE Trump.
Trump will come back punished and contrite.
Mother Russia will be given EVERYTHING THEY NEED.

@randahl@mastodon.social Much as I think the voices of ethnic Russian Ukrainians in the east - many of whom want independence from both Kyiv and Moscow! - are being sidelined, we cannot concede one inch of Ukraine to a hostile regime with expansionist ambitions, that's already amassing troops along the border of Finland. Putin sees himself as at war not only with Ukraine, but also with NATO.
There's too much at stake for territorial concessions of any kind.
