It’s not as if Canadians can’t pickle cucumbers. If the tariffs mean Bick’s buys fewer cucumbers, and consumers are buying fewer Bick’s in the stores, that provides an opportunity for Canadian picklers to buy up the excess Canadian produce and capture the slack in the market, as long as they can gear up quickly enough.
