Please someone start a company that exclusively makes and sells electronics and appliances that don’t connect to the Internet.
Could call it “Luddite”.
“Hey how’s your new Luddite dishwasher?”—“Great, it washes dishes and never crashes!”

@thomasfuchs@hachyderm.io have been thinking about this. Devices could be cheap, user repairable and have long part supply times, which would be much better for the environment. It's whole model could be simple, repairable and inexpensive. As old technology tends to be more reliable (stuff has been refined) it could be a real idea.
Of course all electronic firms would be against it....
