As an immigrant & naturalized US Citizen, I am pained to see fellow immigrants buy MAGA talking points to demonize new immigrants still navigating through the maelstrom that is our immigration process.
Y'all need to understand, proximity to white supremacy is not protection from white supremacy. I urge you to have compassion over condemnation, because I promise you—they will come for you next.

@QasimRashid@mastodon.social When the christofacsist MAGA/GOP talk about "people coming here legally", keep in mind their definition of "people" is white folk. Everyone else is "illegal".
If they see you as "one of the good ones", that just means you're useful and they'll keep you around until you aren't. And "aren't" is a lot sooner in their mind than yours.
